We collect personal information that you provide when placing an order, requesting custom blouses or jewelry, or contacting us via WhatsApp. This includes your name, contact phone number, shipping address, email, garment measurements, customer-account identifier, saved bag and order history.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information strictly to process orders, tailor custom garments to your exact measurements, arrange shipping across Sri Lanka, India and the GCC, preserve a signed-in customer's bag, display completed orders and provide personal updates on WhatsApp.
3. Data Protection & Security
Your data is kept confidential and is never sold or rented to third parties. Payments are processed by Razorpay, customer authentication is provided by Firebase Authentication, and restricted operational order records may be stored in Amara Krti's private Google Workspace spreadsheet. These providers process data under their own security and privacy terms.
